Yes, you can call us and we shall give you real-time position of where your item has reached and give an estimate arrival time. 

Yes, before an order is shipped we ensure that it has no defects and that it works properly and is well packaged.

Immediately call to confirm if our order is on route to delivery, if not we shall change the items you desire. If the item is already on route it might result to some additional charges for delivery. 

You can pay for your products immediately you place an order or immediately upon delivery of the items.

It depends on your location and the time you placed an order but we usually take between 24hours when an order is placed.

Yes, Only if the item shipped is the wrong item which was not ordered. 
Note: We don’t accept any product back after 24hours after purchase. If the product packaging is tampered with, we cannot accept the product return.

Its not a must you have an account in order to place an order, you can call us or send an email telling us where to deliver and we shall ship your product.
